Champagne Louis Nicaise is located in the heart of Hautvillers, the village made famous by the monk Dom Perignon and known, thanks to him, as the birthplace of champagne. Grower-Producers, the Nicaise family has strived for 4 generations to offer champagnes of quality produced exclusively from their 9 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards.
